UNIBEN 2026/2027 Admission List Now Available on JAMB CAPS

The University of Benin (UNIBEN) has released its 2026/2027 admission list, with candidates able to check their admission status through the JAMB Central Admission Processing System (CAPS).

Candidates who applied to UNIBEN and participated in the admission screening exercise are advised to check their JAMB CAPS regularly.

How to Check Your Admission Status

1. Visit the official JAMB e-Facility portal:
https://efacility.jamb.gov.ng/
2. Log in with your JAMB email address and password.
3. Click on “Check Admission Status.”
4. Select “Access my CAPS.”
5. Click “Admission Status” to view your admission status.

If You Have Been Admitted

Candidates who receive an admission offer should carefully review the details and accept the offer through JAMB CAPS where applicable.

Candidates should also follow any further instructions provided by UNIBEN regarding screening, clearance and registration.

If Your Status Shows “Admission in Progress” or “Not Admitted”

Do not panic. Admission processing may take place in batches. Candidates whose status currently shows “Admission in Progress” or “Not Admitted” are advised to keep checking their JAMB CAPS regularly for updates.
