FUTO Releases Post UTME Form for 2026/2027 Academic Session

The management of Federal University of Technology Owerri popularly known as FUTO, has officially announced the commencement of its Post UTME and Direct Entry screening exercise for the 2026/2027 academic session. Candidates who selected the university as their first-choice institution during the 2026 UTME can now proceed to register for the screening exercise online.

According to reports, the registration exercise is open to candidates who scored the approved minimum cut-off mark in the 2026 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME). Applicants who did not initially choose FUTO as their first-choice institution are also eligible to apply after completing a Change of Institution through the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board portal.

FUTO remains one of Nigeria’s leading federal universities, especially recognized for excellence in engineering, technology, computing, environmental sciences, and other science-related programmes. The institution continues to attract thousands of admission seekers yearly due to its strong academic reputation and modern learning environment.
